Instock products wont get combined shipping with Pre-order products unless you are willing to wait for all of pre-orders are instock ready for the shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (not opened unless they were bought loose, not factory sealed). Buyers have 7 days to claim the returns after receiving products.

Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturers. Quantities of PRE-ORDER matter. For the orders of 20 cases & up will require a non-refundable deposit of the entire order. The ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) dates on pre-orders are in terms just an “estimate” and could be changed at any time without notice to the Buyers.
